Cancellation Policy

For cancellations please call 719-313-8695. Must be within 24 hours of booking. Licensing* (Included) Standard Image Licensing >>> At the time of full payment we license the use of the images, video(s), and/or virtual tour(s) for the marketing of the property for the amount of time the property is for sale or rent. The images cannot be used for any other purpose (e.g. marketing materials not directly related to the property, marketing other listings, etc) and cannot be transferred or sold to a third party. This license is effective for on (1) year from the date you receive images.
